I am a Mental Health Provider and Mental Health Awareness Trainer supporting individuals experiencing psychological distress, emotional regulation difficulties, and personal challenges. I also conduct community-based mental health awareness activities, particularly in settings where access to professional services is limited. Originally trained and employed in the telecommunications industry, I transitioned into the mental health field following the events of 2021, driven by a strong commitment to psychosocial well-being in affected communities. My practice is grounded in the core principles of mental health counseling, emphasizing the creation of a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where individuals feel supported, understood, and accepted. The services are provided under regular supervision from psychologists, complemented by peer supervision. To adheres to internal ethical guidelines and professional standards, ensuring accountability, client safety, and continuous professional development. To date, I have accumulated 21 clinical practice hours, facilitated and co-facilitated multiple group support sessions for Myanmar migrant communities, and am currently implementing adolescent psychoeducation and anti-abuse awareness programs. My professional goal is to contribute meaningfully to Myanmar’s post-conflict recovery and reconstruction by continuously developing the skills and competencies required to serve communities ethically and effectively.
